Job Title : Asst. BDM/BDM
As a Business Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to source business for the company. This includes engaging clients at different level, gathering their requirement, working with internal teams, preparing presentations/proposals, etc.
Implementing business development activities, attending to all relevant business opportunities in Indian Market for IT Service Industry.
Managing the entire business development life cycle process, like initiating the Hot Leads from Marketing team to the closure of the account.
Formulating innovative ways of sales and marketing.
Interact with C-Suite Level, & Top Decision makers of the Company's to close the deal.
Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and client satisfaction.
Desired candidates's profile:
Strong communication skills, time management & organisation, enthusiastic & Motivated
Proven skills in high-level write-ups and Proposals for IT- Service Based Companies.
Excellent English Communication & Presentation Skills with pleasing personality
The ability to speak with confidence about a range of services
Experience of working with domestic clients preferred
